What is Firefall?

Firefall is WNC's annual student retreat-a life-changing weekend where students encounter the presence of God, build lasting friendships, and are equipped to live boldly for Jesus.

Who can attend Firefall?

Firefall is open to middle school, high school, and college-age students. Youth leaders and adult chaperones are also encouraged to attend with their groups.

How much does Firefall cost?

On-site registration is $75 and includes the event, housing at Camp Viewpoint, and weekend meals.

Off-site registration is $50 and includes the event and weekend meals. Guests choosing this option arrange their own lodging.

What time does the weekend begin and end?

Check-in and registration open Friday at 5:00 PM. Pre-service begins at 6:30 PM, followed by the opening service at 7:00 PM. Firefall concludes with dismissal Sunday at 1:00 PM.

How do churches and groups register?

Registration is completed online. Churches are encouraged to register their students and leaders together as a group so housing and group details can be coordinated properly.

When is the Soapbox Derby?

The Firefall Soapbox Derby begins Saturday at 1:30 PM. Teams should review the official Derby rules before building and arriving at the event.

Is the published schedule final?

The current schedule is the planned weekend flow. Service timing and activities may shift slightly as Firefall approaches, so groups should watch for final event communication.
