We're looking
for 12 leaders.
Before THE FEW is released publicly, we're putting it into the hands of a small group of leaders willing to test it in real churches with real students.
Different churches. Different ministry environments. One shared goal: help us build something that actually works.
This isn't about getting an early look.
We're inviting leaders who are willing to put THE FEW into practice, watch what happens, and help us identify what needs to stay, change, simplify or improve.
We don't need twelve identical churches.
In fact, the more varied the pilot group is, the more useful the results become.
Leaders of a few.
Some of our most important testers will lead five or ten students, not fifty. THE FEW has to work there.
Staff and volunteers.
Youth pastors, volunteer leaders, small-group leaders and churches without a formal student ministry all give us a different perspective.
Leaders willing to challenge it.
We're not assembling a group to tell us everything is great. We want people who will tell us where it breaks.
Early access comes with an assignment.
We're intentionally keeping the expectations simple. The value comes from actually using the material, not studying it from a distance.
Test 2-3 lessons.
Use selected ROOTED lessons with actual students during the early access period.
Use the material as designed.
Adapt where ministry requires it, but don't completely rebuild the lesson before you test it.
Watch the room.
Pay attention to engagement, confusion, conversation and where students disconnect.
Give honest feedback.
Complete a short feedback form after each lesson while the experience is still fresh.
Small enough to listen. Diverse enough to learn.
We're deliberately limiting the first pilot group. We want enough leaders to expose patterns, but few enough that we can pay close attention to what each church experiences.

We're not looking for the largest churches or the most experienced leaders. We're building a representative pilot team.

We're building THE FEW for leaders committed to discipling a few who can eventually reach many. The first twelve will help us make sure it works.
