often without a consistent place to be filled back up. We believe that wasn’t God’s design for leaders.

In Acts 2:42, the early church didn’t thrive because they had better programs. They thrived because they were devoted to what matters most: the Word, fellowship, breaking bread, and prayer. That kind of spiritual rhythm produces healthy believers—and healthy leaders.

242 exists to rebuild that rhythm for the next generation of pastors.

We’re building a sustainable rhythm for kids and youth pastors rooted in Acts 2:42—simple, consistent, and life-giving.

1. Read the weekly Scripture plan (10–15 minutes a day)
2. Weekly video call for discussion + prayer (30 minutes)
3. Gather monthly for coffee/meal fellowship (regional)
4. Care through prayer (triads + check-ins)

We’re not just meeting—we’re pastoring one another.
Join a prayer triad (matched with two other leaders) and share prayer needs in a safe, supportive way.

Prayer requests are shared only within the 242 network.

Monthly Fellowships

Once a month, we’ll gather regionally for coffee or a meal—no pressure, no agenda—just fellowship, encouragement, and connection.
